An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Director to join a leading shopper marketing agency based in Herts.  This is a challenging role which requires someone with strong leadership skills, credibility and the ability to be a true ambassador for the agency.  You should be driven, disciplined and diligent.  Professional and commercially astute, with superb communication skills and a flexible approach.  You’ll report into/support the Client Services Director and manage a small team.  In this capacity you will be required to communicate your visions and responsibilities effectively so that the team is engaged, motivated and working to their maximum potential.  We are someone who can “own” the client relationship and ensure ultimate satisfaction in what the company delivers. You’ll oversee management of projects to ensure that client needs and agency standards are achieved; that work is in line with strategy, that all operational aspects run smoothly and work is completed on time and to budget.

You’ll also have responsibility for the financial management of your accounts, driving growth and profitability through effective cost management and maximising sales potential.  This role requires an AD (or SAM/Junior AD looking to step-up to this level) with proven experience gained within shopper marketing working on retail/FMCG brands.
