Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Director/Senior Account Director to join a successful retail design agency. This is a strategic role working with a well known high street brand. You’ll partner their marketing team to enhance their customer experience; developing creative concepts to refresh existing propositions as well as the creation of in-store campaigns and communications, messaging hierarchy and customer journeys. This role demands someone who can work in a fast paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders. You’ll be required to build strategic relationships across a variety of departments (brand, design and production) as well as working with external agency partners. The candidate will need to be experienced in interpreting client briefs and filling in any gaps, managing the creative team to ensure that the work developed is on brand and within budget. You’ll be confident presenting creative work to a senior team. You’ll need to have good financial management skills and be account focused, ensuring a healthy level of profitability for the agency. Candidates will be expected to help to build their account team as the account grows and oversee development. This role offers huge potential for the right candidate.
