Creative Director, c£75-85K
A Creative Director is required to join a successful, fast growing integrated agency. Working across a variety of channels ranging from print, direct marketing, digital and mobile to experiential and film. You’ll lead, motivate and inspire a creative team to develop and deliver exceptional campaigns. Working with designers, art directors and copywriters and other agency departments such as client services, planning and delivery, to create a vision of the agency’s products and ensure that work is challenging and effective. The successful candidate will be a confident and persuasive communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Capable of liaising with clients and stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in from internal and external audiences. We’re looking for a strong mentor to provide strategic and creative inspiration; coaching, developing and getting the best out of your team. This role would suit a conceptual thinker who is experienced at leading others to get to the heart of a creative challenge and build compelling stories for clients. As part of the agency’s senior leadership team you’ll be responsible for the commercial success of the agency, fulfilling your role by developing and delivering company strategy. You’ll be accountable for creative output, working across multiple projects from concept to completion.
