We’re looking to recruit a strategic Account Director to work on global and local campaigns at the forefront of digital culture. The ideal candidate will be immersed in and have a passion for content-led digital marketing and YouTube content/creators, along with at least a basic familiarity of Instagram. You’ll need strong experience working with planning to craft stakeholder sell-in decks with watertight strategic arguments. You should be a self starter who can pro-actively drive projects forward, navigating unstructured briefs and problem solving along the way. The role will have a heavy focus on producing engaging mid-to-long format video content, collaborating with creators across music, gaming, fashion, motorsports, art and travel. Work also covers media and brand partnerships, experiential events and esports tournaments. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the power of data and be able to communicate methodology and performance reporting findings and insights to clients in a way that’s easily understood. The role offers lots of autonomy so you should have an entrepreneurial approach but you should also be willing to roll your sleeves up, get stuck in and add value. A proven track record in account management is essential, including project planning, good process, commercial rigour, attention to detail and meticulous organisation. The ability to present with gravitas is essential along with the softer people skills required to liaise with some very senior, proficient clients.
