An award winning creative agency that specialises in retail, shopper, branding, brand experience and content creation are looking to recruit a MW Copywriter to join their successful team. Reporting to the Head of Copy your role will involve creating copy and conceptual solutions for a range of brands across a variety of channels, including marketing, retail/shopper, experiential, social media and advertising. You will produce long and short copy of the highest standards against creative briefs and deadlines. We’re looking for a candidate who can easily adapt their writing style to suit different tones of voice and a variety of channels. You’ll work closely with an art director to create conceptual ideas and should be capable of crafting intelligent, engaging copy in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for producing work which is grammatically accurate and free from errors, ensuring approvals are obtained at each stage of the project, especially relating to proofreading. You should be confident in presenting concepts to account handlers, senior creatives and/or clients and explaining creative thinking and rationale. You will be required to produce and write up creative and persuasive conceptual ideas for clients and pitches. You will also be responsible for assisting the development and management of relevant junior staff, providing necessary guidance on an ongoing basis whilst developing and inspiring creative skills.
