Creative Artworker, c£35-£40K

We’re looking to recruit an experienced Creative Artworker with proven experience in a design/creative agency working on below the line, consumer focused design, ideally with a strong focus on in-store communications and shopper marketing. You should have a good understanding of brand development, strategy, retail language and communications. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for presenting and producing finalised design ideas and artwork to brief. Delivering creative elements to brand guidelines. You’ll ensure that work is executed to deadline and budget within the highest standards, paying close attention to detail. You’ll ensure all files are print ready and technically precise. You will liaise with printers and suppliers to ensure that all artwork is to spec and print ready. You should therefore be capable of project managing and being decisive with feedback. We’re looking for a team player who can work collaboratively with account handlers and the client as well as the wider agency team. Down to earth, realistic, reliable and reasoned with a commercial mind. Projects will range from campaign creative, POS, new store formats, brand identity and packaging to editorial.
