Creative Services Manager FTC, Up to £50K + bens

An award winning creative agency are looking to recruit a Creative Services Manager on a fixed term contract, for up to 1 year. You’ll be joining a busy, talented and dedicated resourcing team working with a host of different clients from leading global brands. Scheduling and resourcing a creative department of up to 50 creatives, working across multiple disciplines and acting as a focal point for resolving day-to-day resourcing conflicts. Your role will be to develop and maintain excellent working relationships across the agency, using your influence to reach a consensus across teams. You’ll liaise closely with the wider creative services team to ensure that processes are adhered to, also keeping the wheels turning in a busy creative department. You should have a good understanding of the skillets required within different creative roles, so clear decisions can be made on who works on what stage of a brief, from concept through to artwork and supply. This includes digital as well as off-line. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. We’re looking for a candidate who will take responsibility for ensuring that their own work is produced to a consistently high standard, take pride in keeping the resource sheet updated with multiple changes as they happen, finding workable solutions for both the account teams and creatives. You should be able to demonstrate commercial understanding, including cost implications of different solutions, the timescales required for different types of work and plan time accordingly.
