Creative Designer, c£30-£35K

We’re looking to recruit a talented Creative Designer for a successful brand activation agency who are part of a global network. The agency delivers work across a broad retail portfolio ranging from flagships to duty free, travel retail, C stores, independents, bars, cafes and festivals. You’ll join a close knit team, responsible for delivering innovative, high impact solutions. Working closely with the CD, Copywriter and 3D Designers to develop 2D design work. Materials are delivered in toolkits and contain POSM, activations, sales promotions and events. You’ll be required to generate conceptual activation ideas and create visuals in Creative Suite. You’ll build presentations for client and brand books for multiple stakeholders. We’re looking for a candidate who can bring concepts to life with strong design, art direction and technical skills. Essential skills: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, visualisation skills (scamps for client/internal sign off). You will be capable of working independently as well as collaborating with the wider team to achieve the best results. You should be creative and commercially minded in equal measure. Confident in working across multiple brands and juggling deadlines. You’ll need exceptional attention to detail and thrive in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail design and an ability to activate on retail spaces. An exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative concepts and creative design solutions. This role would suit an enthusiastic team player who is looking to grow and develop their career.
