A leading creative agency specialising in film & entertainment marketing are looking to recruit a talented Junior-Middleweight Designer. They are renowned for the origination and delivery of award-winning campaigns, working throughout the entertainment promotional lifecycle, across all consumer touch-points. This role will supports their Art Director/Creative Director in the delivery of design briefs. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to conceptual thinking, brainstorms and pitch work, collaborating across the agency to ensure that high standards of creativity are consistent throughout the design process from concept to delivery. We’re looking for Designers who are highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D would be advantageous. You should have a good eye for typography and layout and meticulous attention to detail. We’re looking or someone with positive creative energy and a willingness to learn. You should understand and be able to deliver against the commercial and creative needs of the client, whilst also offering original creative alternatives that challenge preconceptions and enable to agency to continue to be at the forefront of innovative entertainment design. The agency are a small, tight-knit team and they’re looking for a respectful, diplomatic team player who has a collaborative, constructive and pro-active approach. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required along with a creative and solution-orientated sensibility. Able to multi-task and manage multiple briefs to tight deadlines. This role will suit someone with a passion for filmed entertainment, theatre and culture, a keen interest in the creative and digital landscape and a willingness to learn.
