Production Co-ordinator/AM

An award winning full service creative agency is looking to recruit an entrepreneurial candidate with a background in and passion for AV content production. The agency have an enviable client list in the entertainment, FMCG and lifestyle sectors. This role will focusing on the agency’s biggest account which falls within a restrictive category, working on global and local campaigns at the forefront of digital culture. The ideal candidate will be immersed in, and have a passion for, content-led digital marketing and YouTube content/creators, along with familiarity of Instagram. You’ll have the opportunity to work with talent and the agency’s internal production team on original and entertainment-focused branded content productions.
This role requires a self-starter who can pro-actively drive projects forward, navigating unstructured briefs with a “can-do” attitude, problem solving along the way. There is a heavy focus on mid-to-long form YouTube content, collaborating with creators across music, gaming, fashion, motorsports, art and travel. A pre-existing passion for some of these genres would be beneficial ; a natural curiosity to get under the skin of a wider range of content fandoms is essential. The agency’s work also covers media and brand partnerships, experiential events and esports tournaments. The role comes with loads of headroom for creativity and autonomy but will also be very hands-on. You’ll need to be willing to roll-up your sleeves and get stuck in, looking where you can most add value. A track record of project management basics is essential -project planning, good process, commercial rigour, attention to detail and meticulous organisation, combined with and ability to present with confidence and manage client expectations. You’ll be joining a high-energy, hard working and fast paced cross-discipline team of talented (but ego-less) people who are passionate about doing the best possible work, whilst having some fun doing it. The agency works a hybrid model (3 days in the studio and 2 remote). Candidates must also be willing and happy to travel internationally for content production shoots.
