We’re looking to recruit a talented Project Manager for a full service creative agency working with clients in the entertainment, brand and FMCG sectors. Working with a prestigious client based in the USA/Canada, this role requires someone to work on a shift pattern to accommodate the client’s needs. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of briefs across a range of digital and traditional media formats, including finance/administration, adhering to internal processes and systems. Your role will involve taking client briefs, reviewing and feeding back to the internal team and/or client. Preparing and briefing work to the creative and design teams, ensuring that they have everything required to complete the work. Keeping project teams and clients updated regarding production plans, status and upcoming work to ensure that requirements and deadlines are met to a high standard. Also QA of all produced material against brand guidelines and checklists relevant for accounts and campaign. The ideal candidate will have a “can do” attitude to problem solving and also be happy to support the business with ad hoc work. We’re looking for candidates who can juggle numerous tasks at once and deliver all effectively. Able to delegate work to achieve a high quality of output and hit deadlines. You’ll need experience in creating digital marketing assets, print assets, POS assets and associated guidelines and should be the “technical expert” to the client and creative teams regarding what is possible and achievable. A strong team player who is pro-active, conscientious and professional. Excellent communication and relationship building skills and experience of presenting is essential. Please note, this role is working with a client based in the US/Canada hence the need for the shift pattern to cover the time difference. The role will be hybrid – 3 days in the studio and 2 remote. NB This is flexible if candidates prefer to be in the office for more than 3 days. Salary c£45-£50 + benefits.
