We’re looking to recruit a Mid-Weight Project Manager to cover maternity leave. This will bee an 8 month FTC starting in March, with a view to extending beyond this.
The agency work with global brands in the entertainment sector. They specialise in creative adaptation, localisation, and cross-media production, backed by a team that genuinely lives and breathes entertainment marketing.
The successful candidate willl work with a major global entertainment account, supporting campaigns across 60+ international territories.
We’re looking for someone who is pro-active, highly organised and thrives in the fast-paced world of creative production. This role will put you right at the centre of high-profile global campaign delivery. You will oversee print, digital and motion assets, manage international stakeholders and collaborate on a daily basis with Creative, Studio and Project Managers to bring world-class campaigns to life.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing global print and digital production projects
- Liaising with international territoriess, UK and US offices
- Briefing studio via project management software
- Managing stakeholder expectations at all levels
- Overseeing translations, approvals and asset delivery
- Maintaining embargo and QC standards
- Attending WIP meetings, campaign kick-offs and debriefs

- Able to juggle multiple briefs at pace
Desirable :
- Interest in film/entertainment a bonus
- Experience in entertainment, print, or OOH/DOOH
- Experience working across global time zones
Work pattern: 5 days per week in the studio for the first 2 months, with a view to hybrid working after this.
Salary: c£35K
