A strategic conceptual thinker is required to join a successful retail design agency. Working with leading retailers and consumer brands, your projects will range from retail branding and environments, customer journey and POS to packaging, editorial and campaign creative. A lot of the projects involve unpicking creative problems, rationalisation, looking at customer journey and hierarchy. Therefore you’ll need to demonstrate relevant experience in the retail design sector with a good understanding of brand strategy and communications. We’re looking for conceptual thinkers with excellent design execution skills and a focus for detail. Ess skills: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, an understanding of marketing and design and pre-press print processes for the development of artwork.
