We’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial Strategist to join a small team with ambitious plans for growth. You’ll take the lead on content strategy, with a particular focus on YouTube, content programming and campaign strategy. Working with the agency’s wider strategy, creative and production teams to collaborate on strategies that build communities and audiences across platforms. You should have a strong understanding of the social media landscape; how to build online communities, copywriting for search, community and content management, trending topics and formats. You should be capable of making clear insight-driven recommendations on how to optimise the existing strategy. You will use owned insights such as consumption habits to drive maximum reach, engagement and impact. You’ll support in identifying creative assets for wider campaigns to drive engagement, growth and brand fandom. You should have experience in influencer identification. An enthusiasm for experimenting with content and programming strategy to optimise for key metrics. Delivering insights internally and to the client that help to improve performance. You’ll conceive and execute experiments across social platforms to generate video publishing best practices. You’ll feed into the agency workflow for creating content – narrative planning, scheduling and publishing, helping them to optimise their process and workflow. Duties include creating high quality thumbnails, titles, copy, review subtitles. Ess skills: proven copywriting experience, including writing for search / SEO. This role may suit someone with hands on brand/start up experience looking to transition into an agency environment. We’re looking for candidates with an appreciation for taste and culture – street, music, art, fashion and gaming. Experience of highly regulated sectors such as alcohol or Pharma will also be a bonus.
