An award winning creative agency is looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced graphic designer with a passion for entertainment design. This role requires a versatile designer who can create stunning key art and develop high-level visual compositions. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, capable of adapting to diverse design challenges, from key art creation to concepts for OOH advertising, while delivering a cohesive visual identity for potential AV executions.
A strong design background is essential, with an in-depth understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling. The role demands a hands-on approach, contributing to all stages of the creative process—from initial sketches (in collaboration with illustrators) to final “comped” executions. You will demonstrate a keen understanding of colour, lighting, and grading, ensuring the quality and integrity of each design. Artistic 3D skills (e.g. Cinema 4D) highly desirable.
You will report directly to the Creative Director (CD) for origination and collaborate to maintain the highest standards across a range of clients, including Hollywood studios and global gaming clients. You should be adaptable, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects with the potential to grow into more senior roles as you advance in your career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating impactful key art and visual concepts for a range of media, including OOH, AV executions, and digital content.
- Strong typographic skills with the ability to craft distinctive logos and compelling campaign copy.
- Contributing to the creation of high-level presentations and concepts, working collaboratively with illustrators and other team members.
- Demonstrating a refined sense of colour, lighting, and grading throughout the design process.
- Taking ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery while upholding creative and technical standards.
