- Establishing and maintaining responsive, collaborative and productive client relationships.
- Supporting on new business pitches – helping to brief/create bespoke portfolio presentations and attending/presenting to clients.
- Managing allocated clients and projects, ensuring campaign objectives are fully understood and clearly briefed to the appropriate teams.
- Facilitating and contributing to internal creative team brainstorms.
- Where the brief requires, organising and project managing photoshoots, working alongside the Creative Director and Design Team Leads.
- Regularly and accurately administering allocated project/client billing according to internal systems and processes.

Providing accurate allocated client/project forecast figures when requested.
