A creative studio that work with clients in the live entertainment sector are looking to recruit a talented Midweight Designer to join their friendly, collaborative team. They create bold, visually appealing key art, posters and campaigns for leading theatres and venues. From the West End to immersive experiences, their work helps shape the public face of some of the UK’s most talked-about shows and events.

As part of a dynamic team working on a broad range of campaign collateral, spanning print and digital. Your role will involve the design and artwork of leaflets, posters, brochures, press ads, digital and social assets, HTML emails etc. You’ll also have the opportunity to assist on creative ideas for branding & concepts.

Ess skills :

  • 3+ years’ experience in a creative studio, ideally with a focus on the live entertainments sector
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong design, typographic and layout skills
  • Excellent Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
  • Experience in working to very tight deadlines, remaining calm under pressure whilst ensuring deadlines are met
  • Confident communication skills
  • Sociable team player
  • A passion for the arts – especially theatre, live events, or film
  • A collaborative mindset: someone who thrives when working with others and contributing to a team

Desirable But Not Essential :

  • Skills in animation/video/HTML
  • Knowledge of 3D software (ie Blender/Cinema 4D)
Applicants with experience in theatre design, who can display a passion and understanding of contemporary and commercial brand identity, typography and digital design will be favourably considered.
