Middleweight Designer

We’re looking to recruit a talented hands on Designer to work within a fast paced, deadline driven agency. You’ll work across multiple projects for high profile theatrical, entertainment, FMCG, music and sports brands and be responsible for delivering the concept development, communication design and interactive design for all your client’s projects. This role will work closely with the Creative Director, Head of Creative Services and wider creative team including structural and digital, to ensure that they all play an active part in the development and delivery of the agency’s creative outputs. You’ll work closely with other agency teams and client agencies to help deliver any digital and 360 creative campaigns or creative development requirements. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on new business initiatives as required. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong portfolio covering multiple channels – integrated ATL/BTL brand activation campaigns – experience in digital and POS channels desirable too. Your experience will have been gained in an above the line or integrated agency environment with proven examples of advertising and integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent creative and conceptual skills and the ability to clearly and comprehensively communicate ideas to clients and colleagues. A passion for great design, illustration, photography and typography is required along with excellent presenting and organisational skills.
