MW Art Director, up to £45K

An award winning creative agency is looking to recruit a Mid-weight Art Director with proven experience of working on integrated and shopper marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating powerful concept and design solutions of the highest standard, against creative briefs and within budget. Working in conjunction with Copywriters, and Senior team members, you’ll be expected to analyse a brief, plan responses, and produce initial concepts for consideration. You’ll then develop the chosen concepts to the required standard of finish and within deadlines.
Working with a rich portfolio of clients, you’ll need to develop an understanding of individual clients’ needs, market position, corporate image and previous approaches to marketing. You’ll be required to present and sell concepts to account handlers, creative teams and clients alike.  You should be equipped with the ability to understand the requirements, produce relevant concept options, liaise directly with account handlers on the development of concepts, attend or accompanying a senior on photographic shoots and actively contribute to ideas and insights brainstorms.
You’ll be required to keep abreast of current campaigns, trends and technologies within marketing and advertising (campaign, design and digital).
